What is TENCEL™ Micro Modal and why do you use it?
TENCEL™ Micro Modal is a sustainable fabric made from beechwood pulp. We use it because it is carbon-neutral, breathable, and twice as soft as cotton, ensuring ultimate comfort for your skin.
How should I care for my Stripe & Stare pieces?
To keep your items in perfect condition, we recommend machine washing on a cool, gentle cycle at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and iron on a low heat setting if necessary.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! Our Knicker Club allows you to receive a fresh pair of knickers every month at a discounted rate. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
